For those of you who haven't yet met me, my name is Von. I'm a solo mum of 3 boys, a Personal Trainer and a Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Coach.
My fat loss journey started after having my last baby where I felt uncomfortable in my skin, I hated how I looked in the mirror and couldn't keep up with my older 2 boys.
I had come across a 28 day challenge that kick-started me on the right track. Through clean eating and exercise at home, I lost all my baby weight and became as lean and toned as I was when I was 17 and a competitive horse rider. I was finally able to go and buy the clothes I liked in my size, no more being stuck between two different sizes!!
I taught myself lifestyle habits that kept it off and continued to live an active lifestyle with my family.
This is when I started my 28-days and how quickly the transformation happened in the first two weeks.
