At the beginning of this Challenge, we will have a phone appointment to discuss your goals, medical and physical needs and injuries. All this information is taken into consideration as to what goal weight you could achieve in the 28-days. From this call, I will create a plan for you to achieve this, taking in all the considerations discussed to help you achieve this goal.

If at the end of the 28 days, you have followed the program that I have created for you and you did not hit your goal weight that we set out, (this may not be 6 kg's as age, medication, medical conditions, physical ability, starting weight etc are all factors), I will give you your money back.

This is how much I believe in the system I have in place and how confident you will reach your goals.

To be able to get your money back, you must of:

  • Attend Goal Setting call before the 28-days begin

  • Followed the meal plan I have given you.

  • Completed your food diary daily on MyFitnessPal and have added me to view your diary (I will check it regularly)

  • Followed the fitness program you were given and log your workouts in the training app

  • Attended the weekly coaching calls

  • Completed the weekly check-ins

  • Let me know immediately if there is an issue with you completing your challenge requirements such as sickness, injury that prevents you from exercising etc.

  • You have disclosed all medical and physical issues that may be a hindrance of you achieving the agreed fat loss. This must be brought to my attention during our goal setting call. If you this information with me after I have created your plan, this will annul your guarantee.

You may cancel or drop out of this Challenge at any time if you choose to, but please be aware that there is no refund and your access to the training app will be cancelled.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the fact that we sell digital products that cannot be returned due to their nature, all purchases paid for purchased digital products are non-refundable.

Coaching Program Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased an online course or a hybrid programme and choose to cancel, you will lose access to all related programme future materials and be excluded from any related membership group. All materials you have collected to cancellation date can be kept for personal use. Any fees paid for the product to date will not be refunded.
