Host or join a live workshop showing you how you can detox your home from nasty chemicals and toxins and build an environment to support your health. Plus learn how to make your own safe products.

Join or host a workshop on meal planning and how to prep meals effectively, to stay on track or continue working towards your health, fitness and fat loss goals.
